Isaiah 26:3
Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.
Perfect peace is not the absence of trouble; it is a mind anchored to Someone unshakable. The trick is not trying harder to relax, but turning your attention back to Him. He keeps what is given to Him.
