Forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
Paul did not pretend his past did not happen; he simply refused to live there. The new year is permission to stop rehearsing what you cannot change and start walking toward what is ahead. One step today is enough.
